Can I change my check in and check out times?

Each cottage has a set check in and out time and cannot be changed.

How do I contact the Diamond staff?

The Diamond staff can be contacted by phone - guest services - 877-385-3222 ext 27, by email or in person at the Welcome Centre during operating hours.

Do we have to check in at the office?

No need to check in on arrival and the cottages have keyless locks with a touchpad. An access code was issued when you made your reservation.

Can I extend my stay?

If the cottage has availability we would be happy to add a day or two to your stay - just contact our reservations staff.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes,  there is a 30% deposit due when booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date

Do you have directions to the resort?

Please click on the link to get directions - we are approximately 3 hours from the Toronto area.

Are there any grocery stores near the resort?

There is a small general store and gas station about a five minute drive away - they can provide the basic items such as milk, bread eggs etc. If you are looking for a larger selection Bracebridge and Huntsville are the closest towns (approximately 20 minutes away). Where is the nearest beer or liquor store?

There is a liquor/beer store in the village of Rosseau which is about 15 minutes away. You can also find liquor stores in Bracebridge and Huntsville. (the welcome center staff will be happy to give you directions)

Where can I get information on events or activities in the area?

The Welcome Center staff can give you information on local events and there are some tourism brochures available for guests. You can also go to https://www.discovermuskoka.ca/  for information about Muskoka

Are there any vets near the resort?

We have a number of vets in the area, some with emergency hours. Huntsville Animal Hospital  - 705-789-9656 Centennial Animal Hospital, Bracebridge - 705-645-3077
